I downloaded the two free downloads from Radioref. and before I could download it to my scanner message came on "you have used yor two free downloads" then the whole grid went blank. Is this information restoreable or is it located somewhere on my computer?

you have the premium membership.. login with name & password & use it

Yeah, I do have it now but I didn't have it then. Discovered that the upload to scanner was going to COM Port 3 when it should've been going to COM Port 8. Lesson learned.
