We recently switched over to a multi-site motorola smart zone system. This PRO-2096 they issued us is CONSTANTLY missing replies. It is scanning 3 of the sites and only about 10 talkgroups.Each site has six channels. I have tried extending the delays on the talkgroups and the channels themselves. That didnt really help. I tried removing the delay on the channels themselves. that didnt work either. Is it just that the scanner cant keep up with scanning mutiple sites or what?

Are you staying in one place? Just keep it on the site you are in, same goes if you are moving. The 2096 is not a multi-site tracker the PSR-600 or the Uniden BCT-15 or the 996 are multi-site trackers.
