This trunking table is unusual but must be entered for the system to work. Unusual in that normally the offset on a single table is 380.

Use PGM>TRUNK>FUNC + 2 and set the numbers below. 12.5 is default so press ENTER when prompt is at offset entry.
Next FUNC + 3 and use down button to Table on bottom line then ENTER.
Press F
Code:
Base Spacing Offset
406.5000 408 12.5

All you will need is the red control frequency.

I tried this scanner program, it appears to work with one possible problem...
which might be my problem indeed....
i have never owned a digitial scanner there fore i don't know what the audio should sound like...
it appear that it sounds like the people are talking "under water", is this normal?

I never answered your question in the first post...its 3600.

If you are near the edge of reception, you may get something called motorboting noise. E.g., sounds like "under water". Test decode rate by pressing MAN in the bank with Hill. Line 4 on display should reveal 36: 6227 xx%. The 6227 is the system ID for all four of the Wasatch Front Federal sites. and the % number is the decode rate. If it falls below 50%, this may be your problem...that would likely indicate your receiver is to far from the transmitting tower.

The other possibility is that some talkgroups are encrypted which you can't do anything with. Nothing in the Database indicates any encryption. The letter under Mode would be E rather then D if encryption was used.
