With both alpha tags and PL/DPL decoding i would suggest that it is equivalent to Radio Shack's PRO-92 and not the -95

The -92 would do
LTR
Mot Type I, II, & IIi
EDACS

i've got one in storage, it was my first scanner and a great unit

There is no Radio Shack Equivalent for this model scanner.

It's not a PRO-92, PRO-93, PRO-95 or PRO-97. It says 1000 channels & PRO-295. It looks like one of the newer GRE scanners. I wonder where they got it and why they're selling it (unless it's just an eBay store).

It is a PSR-295 not a PRO-295. The ebay listing is out of Japan, and HERE is a review out of the UK, so I assume this is an non US model only.

It is a non-trunking scanner from the photo of the keyboard. I wonder if they will sell it here. It is a shame that there are not smaller in size non-trunking scanners (like the size of the 246) that have the features of CT/DC and alphanumerics. Just my thoughts.
