Pro-404 L-out help?

Hi everyone,
I have programmed in all of the frequencies that I want on bank #1. When I try and program banks 2-10 my display says ALL CH L-out. How do I get rid of this and program these banks?

I have programmed in all of the frequencies that I want on bank #1. When I try and program banks 2-10 my display says ALL CH L-out. How do I get rid of this and program these banks?

by programing at least one frequency in the banks.

That's what I'm trying to do but I can't get the ALL CH L-out off of the display when bank 1 is off and banks 2-10 are active.
