Pro-528 and am monitoring a EDACS system. I have the frequencies loaded and the tag list loaded. When I turn on "trunk" I don't hear anything, and no tag list items, it scrolls through the frequencies. When I turn "Trunk" off so it's not visible, I can hear the traffic on the EDACS system, but no tag list. What am I missing?
Thanks

I'm here a lot
With an EDACS system , the freq.s must be programmed from ch.1 or the first channel in a bank , with no exceptions.
Enter all freq's in the order they appear in the database.
Is this perhaps what may be tripping you up ?

No I followed the LCN numbers for the EDACS freqs. I even tried leaving the the first cell blank in ARC433 to see the impact. When "Trunk" is visible on the screen, I can see the channels roll through, but no sound at all. If I press "Trunk" so that it is not visible on the screen, it will stop at each frequency that has traffic, but no Group ID's are shown just the frequency info is visible.

A couple of things to check.
1) Make sure the TRUNK column is ON for each freq.
2) In the TRUNK menu (along the top) select System Settings and set Trunk Type to Ed.

The word "order" may be misunderstood by some people to mean numerical order. The LCN is Logical Channel Number - not necessarily in "order". You must put the freqs. in the exact channels, denoted by the small number in front of each freq. in the database.
Some channels can be left empty in EDACS systems. (e.g. 01, 04, 05, 06, 10, 14, 17)
OR they coukld be in order (e.g. 01,02,03,04,05,06)
