Pro-528 pauses during scan. Why?

Is it checking a priority channel once every second? The PRI indicator is off. I would listen to a braodcast, and lose a piece of the conversation every few seconds. Thanks!

It happens when I have signal stalker on. I must be having trouble with it's settings. The manual is not the best.

The manual is quite clear. Read page 48 and set S-S.Int to OFF.
