A member told me to post this here for faster help, and replies. If someone can they can remove my thread from "General Scanning Forum"? I will post my thread below.

I have a PRO528, 1000 channels, by Radio Shack. Why does entering the frequency of 255.4000 gives me an error? I enter 255 then the delay to give a (.), then 4000. I did make sure that hold was off when I turned on my scanner. Am I entering that frequency right?

Because it does not cover that range of 225-400.
Look at page 87 in the manual.
