pro-668 driver issue

My pro-668 computer application is not seeing my scanner no matter what fix. When i go to set the clock to computer time to check communication with the scanner is says scanner can not be found.

1. I have tried updating the driver signing issue- keeps saying driver is up to date.
2. when i plug scanner in the clock turns on like normal and i can see what is on the card in the scanner, and also the scanner begins charging.
3. I reinstalled the application three times without any luck.
4. I am able to use Unitrunker using the same cord and this software work's fine with scanner plugged in
5. I am able to program the scanner, but it will not connect to update.

Anyone have any idea's ? I think i have tried all the solutions recommended on here already

I am having the same issue. The computer will see scanner and SD card but will not communicate. I am running windows 10 computers. I have also tried everything you have listed.

Your problem is Windows 10 won't install unsigned drivers. You have to change the settings to allow it.
Restart from the power options menu.
Hold down the SHIFT key while you click Restart.
Once your computer has rebooted you will be able to choose the Troubleshoot option.
Then head into Advanced options.
Then Startup Settings.
Since you are modifying boot time configuration settings, you will need to restart your Computer one last time.Last, you will be given a list of startup settings that you can change. The one you are looking for is “Disable driver signature enforcement”. To choose the setting, you will need to press the F7 key.
Your PC will then reboot and you will be able to install unsigned drivers without any error message.

Windows 7 isn't any easier I found either, similar issues.

Thanks to Boy7777777777. I went through his procedures and even then I had to go to device manager and update driver on the COM port but it works now. Thanks!
