I have a Pro 668 and need a part. Apparently the little plastic piece that covers the LED light fell out of mine. Any idea where to get a replacement? Thanks in advance!

You probably won't have any luck with Radio Shack, but since the Whistler WS-1080 is essentially the same radio, you can ask Whistler Wendy.

The "new" Radio Shack (post bankruptcy) no longer sells any repair parts for their scanners. They also no longer offer any type of factory/depot repair services for their scanners.

I have spoken with Whistler in the past regarding scanner parts and they have told me that they don't sell any scanner repair parts other than those scanner parts/accessories listed for sale on their website: https://whistlergroup.com/collections/scanner-accessories
