Pro-668: Pro 668 repair

Picked up a brand new in box 668 at a was a Radio Shack store last year,anyways it looked good,got it home and it looks like they put the SD card in wrong and must of damaged the spring or whatever as it won’t press down and hold like it should,anyone know a dealer who can fix it for me,bought it “as is”?
