Check out page 18 of the manual. It shows an advanced option to display the VC/CC at the bottom. Says that 'simple display' must be turned off first though. I haven't programmed one of those in ages so I can't recall exactly how it's done but it looks like you can get to it from the main settings menu.

I am not sure if I asked this ? Before so please forgive me. I know there is a way to put an alarm or flashing display. Could someone please post step by step directions to do this. I have looked at the manual and marksscanners, but I am still confused.

I was going through the menu and somehow set the backlight to flash on the sheriff's channel. The problem is I do not know how to turn it off. Could someone please share step by step how to remove and how to put this function on other ID's.
