PRO 76 light mod?

Hey guys I have a old Radio Shack PRO 76 scanner. I wondered if anyone knows a mod to make the display light stay on all the time? Right now you push the button and it stays on for 15 seconds and then turns back off. Thanks for looking and especially if you can help.
