I've gotten many messages about that RS does not open at 6am in their towns..

Guys, most if not all mayor stores like Best Buy, Circuit City, Walmart, etc will open at 6am that day like every year on Black Friday.

Is not like RS opens at 6am every day of the year, of course is just for that day.

Dont say i did't tell you so.... hehe

And why is it called "black Friday"? Traditionally, the first day after Thanksgiving is the day that retailers go financially "in the black" for the year.

RS typically calls this "Hot Friday."

Could be, but one wont know until 6am eastern / 3am pacific that same day of the 26th.

Also, RS is having a DVD aplyer for $19.99 which is 1/2 but the brand is not specified. Could be an Apex .. who knows

my plan is to get them to order me one, then conviently "pick it up" when its on sale as the location near me generally has no scanners or radios to begin with.

but i was thinking, if they happen to have one at 119, go ahead and bring it home and just go up there and get re-embursed.

I purchase the Pro-82 last week and PM'd it about an hour ago and got back the diffrence from $130.00 to $65.00.. Manager was really cool about it and did not have any problems with the price match.

The RS where i bought this from was complety sold out of the Pro-83 so it was a smart thing to purchase ahead of time to assure i would have one for the $59.99 price..

Anyone else PM today??
