hey all i have a pro 83 scanner from radio shack and i read the online manual and i still dont know how to reset it to the factory settings . also i cant understand how to do it from what the manual says so can you tell me how to reset it in words i will understand thanks
My manual for the Pro-83 shows the reset procedure on page 54.
While holding down
[FONT=ZurichBT,Bold][FONT=ZurichBT,Bold]2[/FONT][/FONT], [FONT=ZurichBT,Bold][FONT=ZurichBT,Bold]9[/FONT][/FONT], and [FONT=ZurichBT,Bold][FONT=ZurichBT,Bold]HOLD[/FONT][/FONT], turn on the
scanner. After about 3 seconds, the scanner initializes and
[FONT=ZurichBT,Italic][FONT=ZurichBT,Italic]CLEAr [/FONT][/FONT]appears.
Pretty straight forward. Hold down those three keys while you turn the scanner on.
