There are a few LTR systems in OKC that we seem to be unable to determine the LCN order for. Is there anyone with a Pro-92 or Pro-97 (or access to either) that would be able to use its repeater-finder function to check the Home Repeater numbers for these frequencies? I believe all you have to do is punch them into an LTR system with random LCN and listen to the data bursts in manual mode. It shouldn't matter what LCN order you program them in. It should show the HR number (or R number) on the screen when the data burst sounds. Thanks in advance for anyone willing to help.

452.3625
452.4000
451.8250
451.9250
451.8750
452.2500
453.4875

These are supposedly "confirmed" repeaters, but if you feel like programming them in, it would be nice to make positive sure that they are correct.

461.9375 1
452.3500 3
452.0500 5
451.9500 1
461.6125 3
462.4000 4
856.0625 1
857.0625 5
858.0625 9
859.0625 13
860.0625 17 (may not be active)
453.6875 3
453.8625 7
453.6625 11
453.6125 15
451.9125 1

Can't do it today, but I'll try to help out this evening or tomorrow. I'll just have to remember now that I said I'd help! Punch me if I don't come up with some results in a day or two ;-)

Here's what I found so far:

For the Integris Baptist Med Ctr site:
461.93750-09
452.35000-16
452.05000-30
451.92500-21
451.87500-?

I'm still trying to catch that last channel.

For the Integris SW Med Ctr site:
452.36250-20
451.91250-01
452.40000-09
451.82500-02

This contradicts what's in the database as already confirmed LCNs, but I guess it's changed since that info was submitted.

Those 800 freqs are assigned to Nextel. Do you think they are being used for an LTR system?

I haven't started on Bolay or the OKC Housing Auth yet, but will update you guys when I have more info.

btw, I have sumitted the info here to the database for update.

P.S. do you think it's possible that 451.875 is not being used? I've yet to year any burst in over 6 hours of listening within 2 miles of the transmitter site.

Thanks so much for your work on this. I'm kind of wondering about those changing LCNs. I thought LTR only had up to 20 LCN repeater numbers and EDACS had 30, so I'm not sure if a couple of those are accurate. I guess one way is to punch them in and see what we hear. Again, thanks so much for your help.

LCN 21 and 30 are not valid for an LTR system.

Yep, you're right...wonder why I'm seeing that as the RXX? Doesn't matter which channel you program the freq in to just catch the data burst, right? Just in case, I'm trying this again, and making sure I'm in channel X00, instead of say X21...

If you are reading idle bursts, notes the results for 10 or more data captures. Errors should be evident then.

Yeah, sorry guys..I'm already seeing different results. Please disrgard the first set of results. I'm sure it has to do with either programming the freq into a channel above 20, and/or the presence of other LTR freqs being programmed for a system other than the one you're trying to figure out.

I've started with a clean bank, and am using channel X00 to capture the burst...

OK, I've triple-confirmed these. For the Integris Baptist system:

01 - 461.93750
02 - 452.05000
03 - 452.35000

I'm still trying to capture the other two freqs. One thing I've learned about this PRO-97 is, if it's just a data burst, you have to be carefull. It will momentarily display a talkgroup and repeater number that is not correct. It seems to only capture an accurate channel number where there's an actual audio transmission.

I've triple checked the following for the Integris SW Med Ctr as well:

01 - 451.91250
02 - 451.82500

Since my findings for both systems so far are using channels 01, 02, etc. consecutively, and the current info in the database contradicts these findings, I'm still not sure enough of my findings to submit the change to the database. I would really like someone else to confirm what I'm seeing.

Is it possible that I have a defective PRO-97? I'm about 90% confident that I know what I'm doing. Is there someone else who could step up to the plate and confirm what I'm seeing?

If you program your LCN findings into a bank does the radio track the system?

Yes, BUT there is limited traffic and I have not noticed a time when there is enough traffic yet to use any other chennel but 01. There may have been, but I've had other scanners going, and haven't seen it yet. I will continue to monitor, and let you know when I've seen more than one conversation, and if it continues to track all conversations on multiple channels.
