Pro-92 Question

I have a Pro-92 scanner that I bought about 3 years ago. The speaker that’s on it is not very loud even when I turn it up full blast. I was wondering if anyone else has had the same problem.
If anyone has anything that has worked for them in fixing this problem, please let me know.

yeah, the audio quality isn't very great on the 92. Just get an amplified external speaker.

I have never had audio issues with any of the 92's I owned. And the clip on lapel speaker works great to....

PRO 92

I have a Pro 92 also. But Radio Shack discontiued the model. So I'm looking for a scanner to upgrade my Pro 92. I know Radio Shack does not have the Pro 93 and the Pro 94 Radio Shack said is a junk model. I only have a Pro 92 and Pro 2052 but I'm thinking of purchasing the Pro 95 or the Pro 2051 which I know that the Pro 96 and the Pro 2096 are too expensive for me because I don't have that kind of money for that.

PRO 92

Thanks for recommending the Pro 95 to me. It's my primary decision to upgrade my Pro 92 but of course I'm not going to have a scanner to upgrade my Pro 92 until June 7 which is my birthday present but if it's discontiued what would you recommend for a secondary decision to upgrade a Pro 92? My secondary decision to upgrade my Pro 92 would be the Pro 2051 but I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions?
