Pro-93 being plugged into wall for to long?

I have a question i have my pro-93 plugged into an wall charger will this hurt it if it isplugged in and on and scanning for like 9 hours or will this hurt my pro-79?

If you are listening to it while it is charging, it will just take longer to
reach a full charge.
