pro 93 help please

i have a pro 93 i put all the orange county fl freq and talk id #'s and closed the channel so that the only id #s i stored comes up but when i start to scan it wont pick anything up . if i hit manual i can hear the bus drivers and some stores but no police please help

after a brief look at http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=205 most all the frequencies I see are in the spectrum to be re banded if that is true The 1's with the last digit is ZER0 as like 868.2250 etc mean you are out of luck. THe pro 93 in not capable of being "changed ( re rebanded Probably time for a scanner upgrade

my buddy has a pro 95 and its working fine and the only diff is the 95 has 1000 channels and the 93 has 300 channels
