As you surmised, that file has to do with the PRO96, not the 94. There is only 1 package I know of that says it supports the 94B model;

How well it works with the 94, I don't know. I would highly suggest you also join the Pro94owners and Scancat Yahoo groups for additional support. Jim Springer (author) can often be found on the Scancat group, and there may be some other software that folks are developing on the Pro94 group.

P.S. Quite a while ago, I wrote a review on this software for Strong Signals; at the time, SCL came with an offer to get frequencies from National Communications. Give that a pass; it's been my experience that most of the freqs there are very out of date. Go to your local Arizona Yahoo scanning groups, as well as the data here on RR, for accurate data.
