Hello, all
On my Pro-94 I listen to my local agencies Hillsborough county sheriff (Florida). I seem to get a lot of static when there are transmissions, and sometimes i will also only hear parts of what they are saying like its cutting out right in the middle of one of the people talking. My question is that if i were to buy, say a Pro-164 do you think this would improve beacuse of mine being older and if im using the same antenna or am i possibly just in a dead area with interference? I was at radio shack just down the street from my house the other day and it seemed as though the transmissions were much clearer on the 164 than that of what i hear on the 94.
