Howdy Yall,
I recently posted about a PRO-97 I was setting up but these are about my trusty PRO-94. Here is my setup:
Bank B2 is my Texas A&M trunking bank with a few IDs stored in its lists
Bank B3 is my College Station (TX) trunking bank with a few IDs stored in its lists
Bank B4 is my Bryan (TX) trunking bank with a few IDs stored in its lists
I have banks B2-B4 turned on and am doing an ID scan (via the scan button) so it only scans the ID lists I provided. From some chatter it appears it's scanning through all my programmed lists across all 3 banks which is what I want. One question though is that when scanning in list mode, instead of the banks being listed across the top, it lists the lists. I get a transmission from say list 3, but it doesn't say what bank that's coming from. Is there any way to display it?
The scanner also keeps getting stuck every 15-30 seconds or so on one of two IDs (55024 or 55056) which are both Bryan Police dispatch IDs. When it gets stuck on these, it's just a static "machine gun" type sound that lasts for 5-15 seconds then it goes back to scanning. I can hear chatter on these two IDs when there is some but what is the static I'm hearing and how can I stop it from doing that?
Also, when scanning this way, since it only shows "lists" on top and not banks, when I turn off a list (by pressing its number), is it turning the list off for each bank?
