Is there any way to delete just one number out of this scanner without clearing the whole thing?

One number- meaning one frequency? Or just one of the numbers behind the decimal in the freq?

Got a manual? here is one if you don't, I am not familiar with that radio but you can try pressing manual (channel number)manual. press Program in 000 then press enter, then press L/O (this way the scanner doesn't scan empty channels)
