I Have a pro-94 and would like to know how to set it up for smartzoneII trunking. I put a couple 800mhz freqs in and nothings happening, dont know if I'm doing anything wrong. If someone can help me I would appreciate it. Thanks!

It would be most helpful if we knew what system you are trying to program. Go to the database and find the system; supply the URL so everyone can see what you are trying to use.

The 94 and the old BC245 share many of the same programming features (I know, I've done 3 or 4 of them). Therefore, this article will help...

The 94 requires that you put in ALL the frequencies, not just the control channels. If it's a straight analog type 2 system, this should get you going. If there's any digital on it, forget about it - the 94 won't deal with that. You need a digital trunktracker for such a system. 73 Mike

In what county is Binghamton? Look at the top blue toolbar, and click on Database. Select NY and let's see what system you are trying to program. Copy the URL and supply it - that way, everyone can see what you are trying to program 73 Mike

I'm trying to program raleigh north carolina, I'm down here visiting. I figured out how to program it but nothing is coming in. Raleigh has the same frequency as the department I'm with just west of Binghamton but its only a simulcast automated dispatch(on 154.370mhz). I pick that up on my pager but I wanted to pick everything else up on the scanner i brought down, the fire ground stuff and everything.

Raliegh is mostly all digital so don't ever bother programming it in on your 94.
