Pro-95 and 600MHz

I tried to monitor some wireless mics on my Pro-95 in the 600MHz range and it didn't pick them up. Does anybody else's 95 pick up 600?

According to a test done by Don Starr (of Win95 fame), the Pro-95 does not actually receive signals between 580 MHz and 806 MHz. Sure, you can program them in using his software, but you won't hear anything. Performance (namely sensitivity) outside of the "intended" bands is generally somewhat less than inside them anyway.

I touched the antenna on the mic to the antenna on the scanner. If that gives you an idea.

That is about a dumb thing to do, why would you do that? Have you not heard about overload?

Do you know how many watts a wireless microphone has? It only has like 350 Mw, if even that :roll: .
