Pro-95 Cloning Problem?

Just picked up a brand new Pro-95 from the shack the other day. I hooked the cable into the 95's PC/IF slot and it went to the clone mode menu just fine. However, tonight I put the cable back into the PC/IF slot and it will not give me the clone menu anymore it just says Welcome to Dual Trunking and goes to regular scan mode. It will still download WIN95 just fine. Has anyone had this problem? Do I have a defective radio?
