I just bought a Pro-95 scanner brand new out of the box. I use the Win95 VOO.13 program. (also I have the ScanCat Lite program) I read on here somewhere where there is a manual for Win95 VOO.13 on how to use it.
Not for Win95, but the Help file in Win96 may be useful. Though in reality, the Winxx programs are easy to learn with little experimentation, and there certainly is plenty of help here.

Where can I find this manual and also I am thinking of buying the Pro-2052 for a base station. Can anyone tell me the difference between these two scanners
The 95 is manufactured by GRE and the 2052 by Uniden. The 95 can only be cloned (one 95 to another or PC software to/from scanner). The 2052 can up/download files to/from PC software and also run under remote from software. The 95 has text tags, the 2052 does not. Both will trunktrack Mot and EDACS systems well. The 95 has 100 ID slots in five 20 slot sub-banks while the 2052 has five sub-banks with 10 slots each.

and can the Pro-2052 also go with the Win95 VOO.13 program?
No but ScanControl at 40 bucks is a great program for the 2052, and includes remote control and managed logging. Other programs are available also.

Anyones help is very much appreciated.

Great price, I paid 300 bucks for mine and I think yours will scan Conv and Trunked together, mine will not.
