Pro 95 Help

Hey GMClam, I am very new to these boards, scanners, etc. We currently have a Pro-95 scanner that was programmed at RS like 6 years agi and has since lost a lot of channels, etc, due to kids pressing buttons. I have tried very poorly to re-program it with no success (manually and sorta with Win95). I have also asked RS to re-program it and well they can't anymore. I was wondering if you could help me out in this (I noticed you have a Pro-95, and are very knowledgeable).

We were thinking about getting a new scanner - the Pro-164 with the cable and software to program it since we can't get the Pro-95 to work, even though it's in perfect condition. I tried to send you a message and an email but the forum said I wasn't able to.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
