PRO-95 LED question?

For anyone who's taken their Pro-95 apart:

Are the LED's actually 'green' or are they 'clear' with a green cover?

do the LED's in the 95 or the 96 for that matter ever burn out? I like to leave my scanner on all night, prefferable with the back light on, but i dont want to burn them out and then have to worry about replacing them...l :?:

yea, they could burn out just like any other light. It will take a while, the LED's have a longer life span than a regular light but eventually it will burn out.
