Pro 95 Newbie

I just purchased a Pro 95 and live in COlumbia, SCxas. Win95 is the best way to program from what I have read.. How do I know what setting to
use in Win95.

Here is a example of what I found
DEC HEX Mode Description
16176 3f3 Richland Co. SD
16432 403 Richland Co. SD
42736 a6f COlumbia FD Tac 1

How do I add this to win95 to upload to my pro95?

Pro-95 programming

I have a profile for you, what's a good email to send it to?

Once you get it just open the Win95 program and load it in, then send to your scanner. If there's anything you don't want to hear just tap the L/Out button on the bottom left of the keypad.
