I have a Pro 95.
Locally we have a Motorola type II (hybrid?) system (Pinellas Co. FL).
Normally in the past I have always justed entered all listed freqs used in the system into each bank, then the TGID's I want to monitor within that bank. (BTW- I do all my programming by hand, manually)
My question is about using the Auto Channel Programming function.
When this is used do I still need to enter all the freqs within the system as I have done in the past?
Or do I just enter control channel freqs then go into the bank I want and set the offset (i.e.- pgm+trunk+func+"3", set offset (normal)+enter.
No fleet map ever needed in the past (prg + trunk + func+"8"+"15" + enter, for type II).
Hope my post is understandable, not well versed on alot of the radio terminology.
Thanks for any help
you can lend.
