Pro 95 programming Help

got a Pro 95 and want to program it using W95,I have a R Shack USB 20-047 Cable but cannot get it to work...any ideas as to whats wrong? Thanks

What do you mean "cannot get it to work"?
Are you getting an error message?

Thats a good way to put it,,Com port problems and in general i just need some guidance.

Kinda like W95 for dummies
