Okay, first lets get you in the right space. I don't know where you got your list, but I am going to refer to out information here on the web site. The Trunking Sytem you are trying to set up is The
Nassau County Public Safety System
and the list that you have above seem right, but I didnt' check every frequency. (That's your job.)
Since you are using Win95 lets stick with that first, as the previous posters have said, you need to enter the 14 frequencies in what ever bank you are doing this in channels 01-14 and each frequency needs to be entered in its correct numbred slot as laid out in our frequency chart. Each frequency when entered needs to be set to EDACS and make sure the
Delay,
Atten, and
LOut boxes are cleared for these 14 frequencies. Make sure you have used the
Type pull-down box at the top of the page and set it to EDACS also. Just to the left of the ID List (on the right bottom of the window) you will see three buttons: DEC HEX and AFS. Click on the AFS button and you can enter the TG's as you have them listed. Understand the Pro-95 does not store AFS TG's nor does it display them, so make sure you put an ALPHA tag on the TG so you will recognize it. The Pro-95 stores TG's in DEC format only but the software will allow you to enter them as AFS for convience.
You can add any conventional frequencies (like that 155.610 you want) in the channels above 14 and set those individual channels to FM but leave the bank set to EDACS. Of course you can choose Delay or not on the conventionals. Don't forget to alpha-tag those conventional freqs so you know what you are hearing. Oh, the number at the end of line like 156.7 is the CTCSS tone which the 95 does not support so just ignore it.
Save the file, then upload to the scanner and you should be set to go.
