Pro 95 / win95 help

Been a long time since I used either of the 2. I used win 95 to program the radio and for some reason, it's staying on bank 7 and not scanning the other banks. If I turn off bank 7, it scans all other banks just fine. All the freqs are conventional in the radio.. There is no delay set but I have another bank the same way and it scans all banks fine..
