The PRO-95 has 7.5 kHz steps in the 150.775 - 162 MHz band but will not
do 12.5 kHz steps in the 138 - 150.75 and 162 - 174 MHz federal bands.
It also does not have a narrow IF filter so it won't receive 2.5 kHz deviation
properly, So the short answer is yes, but it might be 2.5 kHz off frequency
and the audio will be too low.

The 95 is way better than the 94 and is a good as you can get in analog until you will need to upgrade to digital and that is the 96. I have always hated the 94. It has a poor layout and was cheaply made. I have used the 95 for awhile and it gets the job done. I wish I could upgrade to a 96 but that is way out of my budget for now.

I think when they come out with more models the prices will start to come down. one day would like to have a shack full.

Why don't you look at the BC246, it is $200 and supports narrowband. It is an anologue scanner. It also has more 'channels' than the 95 and has PL/DPL capability along with a frequency counter built in, it is also more sensitive than the 95 on the 800MHz band.
