Does anyone know if these will be upgradeable for rebanding. Either by sending them in or a download. Any help would be appreciated.

The current thought is that you will just reprogam them using the tables available via software. The only software I am aware of that works properly with these radios is Win96 by Don Starr. The CAT software will not work properly.
