There is a $75 off printable coupon for the Pro-96 scanner on the radio shack website. Search through all of the scanners, click on Pro 96 and the link to the coupon will be there. Only valid July 11 - 18. Total price would be $425.

No, it's not on sale. It's still $499.99. The only thing available is the coupon. Even if it was on sale, you could not use them together. The coupon makes it $429.99...

RSAP Radio Shack Answers Plus in store credit card. No payments no interst for 90 days. If you don't have AAA credit take a co-signer with you that does.

Should be no-problemo. Basically take your receipt (you don't need to bring the scanner unless your associate is un-agreeable :roll: ) Tell them you want to take advantage of the 30 day price protection guaranty. They will return your scanner and the price you paid for it, then resell it to you at the new discounted price, all on the same and new ticket (also extending your 30 day guaranty ). Anything you add to the ticket (ass-kicking batteries) is only a bonus to the store. To CYA, print out the rebate BEFORE you get to the store and have your scanner handy just in case the person helping you is a complete idiot and you return the scanner completely then find a much more agreeable associate and ask them to sell it to you.

Hey Cobra, Heres an idea. Go to radio shack when ever you have a chunk of extra change....buy gift certificates or cards (which ever they use now) until you have enough to add them all up to purchase the 96!
