I must be doing something wrong in the programing for Montgomery County. Asides from the regular programing of control channels and talkgroups, is it necessary to change the table or other settings for trunked reception in mixed mode? Any help from and experience user is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

As long as it is not a VHF/UHF system, no extra programming in required. Just plug in the CC's, set trunked mode to MOT(do this by pressing program then trunk), as well as the freq's to MOT mode, and you should be good to go! The scanner will decipher between digital and analog TG's.
