pro-96 and city of glendale

thanks for the help so far, but no luck. i'm looking to speak with anyone that picks up glendale,california police department frequencies with their pro-96. if someone can walk me through it (i'll give a phone number if needed, and i'll even pay for it if i have to!)...so if anyone has programmed their pro-96 and are receiving all the glendale police frequencies, please help! thanks and sorry for bugging!
