Pro-96 and pro-197 ?

I don't see why not. Only caveat is, only the Mode "D" talkgroups on the system can be monitored. Those ID'ed as Mode "DE" are fully encrypted and cannot be monitored by any (non-affiliate) receiver

Correction: Pro 96 NO, Pro 197 YES. The Pro 96 doesn't cover 700mhz. Pro 197 does with narrowbanding firmware update, see here
