Pro 96 Assistance Needed

Hello,

I need help with my Pro 96 scanner. The problem is that I am getting a lot of radio traffic on the 800 mhz control / voice channels that are programmed for the Connecticut State Police. They lock on and show a Motorola ID #, ones that I have not ever programmed. Sometimes they lock on a Control channel and the ID says a troop that I have programmed ie:Troop C. I turned on the ATT and that cuts out the traffic but when that is on I sometimes can't hear the CSP. Any help would be greatly appreciated on this matter.

Sounds like you are in [+] open mode. You need to be in [-] closed mode. PGM the controller and alt if it has one. PGM ID's you want to hear. It will not receive any other systems, freqs, or ID's if done correctly. Once you buy the software then you can SEE every setting in each bank. Good Luck

Try Win96

Dear JimmyMac,

A great program for the Pro 96 is Win96. It keeps all your channels and banks in check and you can see them all at once. You can download it over the internet.
