Okay, after looking around both here and elsewhere I can't find this particular question addressed, so I will throw it out here in hopes of getting some good info.
I know about the first bug found (lockout problem - overwriting other entries), I know about the second bug found (problem with TG 48xxx and inability to hold onto TG audio). My question is, was the second bug there in the first version of the CPU Firmware? Or was the second bug introduced during the fix for the first one?
I mean, if your radio has CPU ... F1.1 (as mine does) and you have TG's in the 48xxx range, does your radio work or do you too experience the problem? The reason I am asking is I don't have any systems around me that use any TG's in that range so I can't check myself. If the 48xxx bug was introduced with the 1.2 version of the firmware, I am going to just hang on where I am as I have no issue with the first bug. (Just the way I use the lockout function dictates that it will never bother me.)
