Pro-96 Delay in Switching from Analog to Digital

I have had a Pro-96 for a couple of years. During the past few weeks it has had about a one second lag in switching from analog to digital- which of course gives me that annoying data burst. The problem occurs on the Metro Nashville TRS, but it happens when I monitor those TRS frequencies manually so I doesn't appear to be the control frequency. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there anything I can do besides buy a Uniden?

Try reverting to the factory DSP (if you have downloaded the update). I occasionally
have the same problem here in Bham with our SmartZone system, reverting to the
factory DSP helped some but decreased sensitivity. Six of one, half dozen of another.......

Make sure you have the latest DSP update installed.
