Pro 96 Files

I'll be driving through your fair state (I-40 from OK through Amarillo on my way to Phoenix).
Anyone have any Pro 96 files they'd be willing to send me?
Does the State Police in Texas do the highway patrol?
Do they use mobile extenders with known frequencies?
Anything else I should know?

The Texas Dept. of Public Safety is the state police here.

They pretty much use the same frequencies everywhere.

base/mobile
155.46/154.68 FM
155.4625/154.6875 digital

There is one non standard repeater near I-40 in Wheeler county
and I don't know if it is on the air or what it is used for
158.82 FM

Also I don't know if the I-40 panhandle area has changed to P25 digital yet.

The DPS does not have extenders and they often use local county sheriff high band frequencies.
