When a system is "LTR Passport" what is that and can my pro96 receive it?

Neither the PRO-96, or the PRO-2096, do LTR. There is a pretty good definition of LTR here:

No, the 96 cannot trunk track any LTR and no scanner can trunk track passport.

So, to be clear, yes there are scanners that can monitor an LTR system(not the pro-96) but no scanner is available that can monitor an LTR "passport" system?
