Pro 96 + Motorola IMBA

Hello all, I have been trying to get my pro-96 to decode digital on the system in use here and have had no luck.
The system i am trying to monitor is the medicine hat alberta police.
It is in the rr database and others have been able to hear them, but i can not get this thing to work.
The only place i have been able to get a sound of the same system is here:
http://radioscanning.wox.org/Scanner/Sounds/Dig_samples/digitnew.wav.

I know that uniden bc 296 + 796 will receive them, but will my 96 work?
I have upgraded the dsp app to 1.2 but the cpu is 1.1

To my knowledge, the PRO-96 only decodes unencrypted APCO 25 digital transmissions.

have your friend clone your scanner to his if both 96

As far as i know the frequency isnt encrypted. Will have to try something different. Thanks for the repy's
