so my parents got this Pro-96 scanner and had it programmed but the organization sucked....so i decided to reprogram it since i started working dispatch at southside fire and ems and listen to it a lot more now so i got arc-96 and premium for here then i got them organized but i dont understand the sites thing i thought it was like the antennas but when im scanning the Bank for SSFD or the other county EMS the sites still pick up all kinds of police traffic and etc
