Pro-96 not scanning trunked frequencies.

I have a Pro-96 that I am doing my best to program, I have set up a FleetNet trunked frequency in bank 0 channel 0, and it seems to work, but when I set it to scan the scanner only scans though the other frequencies and skips over the trunked. Am I doing something wrong or is that how it works? I am new to this so I am not sure how well I explained that.
