My pro 96 just started to experience this/these..
First one was when I turned it on....It would say DSP LOADING Boot: F1.0 (1st text)
I removed the battery pack put it back in and it went thre the normal sequence...I thought good.
Well it has kept doing it...so I tried the reset button...that made the scanner say:
DSP LOAD PC/IF Port Flash Mem ( 2nd text)
This is a some what sporadic.... It sometimes does the 1st text for a sec then goes to the second text..
Sometimes it goes to the 1st text and stays there....sometimes it goes to just the 2nd text and stays there.
And as stated before sometimes it works and I get the welcome message and can scan...
