When the radio receives a digital transmission it displays something like:
T IDbk 01234 instead of the site name that the transmission was received from. How do I change this?

It has something to do with the talkgroup banks in your radio. I forget what the command is, but there is a way to turn it on and off. Check your manual for further information.

This tells you which sub-banks are active. Hit FUNC and then TRUNK while receiving traffic to switch back to normal mode. Do it again to turn it back on.

In Win96 on the `Settings/Weather' tab make certain that under Trunk ID Display you've got it set for `Text' and then for the two `switches' immediately below, ID sub-bank On/Off Mode and Seek Mode ON in Search Mode, make certain that you've got ID Sub-bank On/Off Mode unchecked. That should definitely return you to pretty much `vanilla mode' for the last two lines.
